Subsequent to a meeting of the Boerevolk Freedom Foundation, (B.V.S.) held on Saturday January 24 2009, proposals were made to the Boerevolk Representative Council (B.V.R) for purposes of evaluation thereof.
Such proposals made by the K.O.B (Committee of Public Relations) were done in co-operation with the I.S.O (non executive Institute for Co-operation and Development – serving in a advisory capacity only) discussed, formulated and the content thereof accepted as guideline to place the Boerevolk on a journey of self-determination.
Such directional indicators will be based on Act 200, Chapter 10 and 11 of the South African Constitution that is descriptive of the roles of Traditional Leaders and Governing Bodies with reference to (Project TLO)
See: www.ffc.co.za article 10 and 11 (Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 200 of 1993)

TLO-1 (Boerevolk Development Phase one)

1) That in the near future provision will be made for the development of strategic and economically viable growth points in an effort to plan the current and future needs of the Boerevolk generations. These growth points will be unique in appearance as presently resembled within the traditional beliefs and upbringing of the Boerevolk. This model, which is synonymous with the culture of the Boerevolk will be set as a standard for generations to come.

The Orania model has been investigated and based on professional recommendations it was decided to investigate the Israel Kibbutz model, but with specific reference being made to the Moshav initiative, where private ownership is promoted.

For purposes of the above, the Boerevolk business community identified suitable arable land, which lends itself ideally to such a development initiative. On completion of the necessary feasibility studies as regard to the aforementioned models, such blueprint will be presented to the Boerevolk for development of the model/s as proposed. This will then necessarily lead to more models being established on a national basis, as it will reflect the anticipation of the Boerevolk to be accommodated geographically.

2) In visualization of projectTLO-1 as proposed by the BVR, it is also envisaged that a Secretariat of 40 posts will be initiated. It is also envisaged that within such framework a further 400, highly qualified registered members will have discussion regarding actuality matters within Volksverband (matters concerning the Boerevolk)
Within a reasonable timeframe, Directors of the Secretariats will be appointed (on a basis of merit) who will act as spokesperson representative a specific Secretariat as referred to in Chapter 11/183 – 2a. This body will be recognized as the Boere Vryheids Council.

3) Press releases will be released periodically and discussions will be initiated with other recognized groups in their specific field of expertise when the need arise. This will eventually form the basis of expertise within the leadership of the Boerevolk-hierarchy.
One hundred and seven years (107) years ago the Boerevolk was disenfranchised as regard to a voice to speak on behalf of the itself.
The “Plaaswerf”, the biggest Afrikaans speaking website in the world, belongs to the Boerevolk. With small adjustments, this phenomenal communications medium is now used to reflect on the acknowledged traditions of the traditional Boerevolk leaders. This website has shown exponential growth as it clearly indicates the needs of the Boerevolk pertaining to self-determination.

4) It is anticipated that international funding will be forthcoming and the K.O.B has been extensively busy in its efforts to secure funding to be used to enfranchise the Boerevolk.
