The Boerevolk Representative Council strongly condemns the continues and ongoing abuse of the Boerevolk’s cultural heritage. One example is the changing of the name for the Voortrekker Museum in Pietermartizburg to the Msunduzi Museum. The newest transgression the ANC makes itself guilty of, is part of an ongoing pattern where several prominent beacons and names of the Boerevolk’s heritage, are being changed and being alienated from the Boerevolk.

Suggestions to be evaluated were given through to the Boerevolk Representative Council (Boerevolk Verteenwordigende Raad) after a meeting held by the Boerevolk Vryheidstigting, (BVS) on Saturday 24 January 2009.
Such suggestions made by the Committee of Public Relations in co-operation with the (none executive Institute for Co-operation and Development – serving in an advisory capacity) were discussed, formulated, and approved by the Boerevolk Representative Council as indicators to lead the Boerevolk to independence.
Such indicators will be based on Article 200 of 1993, Chapter 10 and 11, which covers Traditional Leaders and Authorities (Project TLA) www.ffc.co.za
